Development of New & Existing Markets to increase market shares for Bicycles and Bicycle Components.
1) Accountable for
i) Sales Plan for assigned States in India.
ii) Increase sales in existing and new districts of the State.
iii) Appoint Dealers and Distributor as per company’s norms
iv) Resolve day to day issues of Dealers and Distributors.
v) Sales Projection for the region on monthly basis.
2) Assess market size and market penetration – Data analysis of market share and shop share; capture respectable market shares
3) Accountable for Payments Realizations, Accounts Reconciliation of Distributors and Dealers
4) Responsible for preparing strategy for the region to counter competition and prepare growth plan for the region.
5) Send Feedback and market reports to sales head for actionable points.
Desired profile -
• Must have Experience in all aspects of Sales
• Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Conversant with MS office and reporting tools
• High Level of Business Orientation and understanding.
Qualification - Graduation + MBA from a premier institute
