Government of West Bengal, District Health & Family Welfare Samity (DHFWS), Hooghly has published a notification for the recruitment of Block ASHA Facilitator (BAF) vacancies under National Health Mission on contractual basis. 1. Sadar SD: 02 Posts
2. Chandannogore SD: 04 Posts
3. Serampore SD: 02 Posts
4. Arambagh SD: 07 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be not exceeding 40 years as on 01-01-2017. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master’s degree in Social Science/ Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ Social Work (MSW)/ Business Administration (MBA)/ Economics/ Rural Development/ Mass Communication or Graduation degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years’ experience in health projects.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Merit, Written Test, and Computer Skill Test.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- for General candidates, Rs. 50/- for SC/ ST/ OBC & other reserved category in form of demand draft drawn in favour of “District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Hooghty” payable at Kolkata Branch. Back of the draft must be bearing the name of the applicant & Name of the post applied for.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can drop their application in prescribed format along with all relevant documents, DD to office of the concerned SDO office from 22-09-2017 to 18-10-2017 at 11:00 am to 04.00 pm.
